Edix Merino Wool Sheepskin Saddle Pads
EDIX 8-compartment saddle pads come in a wide variety of shapes and styles to fit all saddle types. They are suitable for many different brands of treeless saddles and also work well with treed saddles too. Made from a strong double-stitched cotton stop fabric on the top and finished with an Australian Merino Sheepskin underside that helps to regulate heat and wick away sweat. On both sides of the spine, underneath the pad, there are 2 large compartments that run either side of the spine down the full length of the pad, which is accompanied by a total of 6 smaller compartments on the top for adding shims/inlays/inserts to assist with obtaining an improved saddle fit. All of the Edix Merino pads come as standard with felt inserts, with the option to add additional inserts made from various protective materials that are available for separate purchase-please see below for more info on these.

Synthetic Fleece + Vegan Saddle Pads
These are another great range of saddle pads also made by Edix, that can be used for a wide range of both treed and treeless saddles alike. Made from felt with sturdy cotton fabric on the top, and finished with a synthetic fur underside. With nylon reinforcement to the sides of the pad to protect from stirrup leather wear. They come with 8 pockets with velcro openings that include felt inserts to aid with fit, whilst offering clearance for the spine, with an anatomical shape and notch for wither relief, plus velcro straps for attachment to the saddle.
Through being made from felt, they provide excellent pressure distribution and offer superior comfort and shock absorption, with the 8 velcro pockets allowing for you to shim and pack each section of the pad for an improved fit for your individual horse's shape.
In this range, there is also Fleece Saddle Pads shaped to fit the Edix range of saddles including the
Libre, Tiamo, Equis and Santos models.
In addition to the above, we have a special pad to fit the Edix Tequiro saddle, which is anatomically shaped and has a notch on the front to provide extra wither freedom. The top is made of a sturdy cotton fabric on which a thick neoprene layer is stitched on both the left and right sides of the spine, at the height of the inserts. This neoprene layer has a pressure distributing effect as well as an anti-slip effect. The underside of the top of the pad, where the rider’s leg rubs while riding, has a suede reinforcement. The inside of the pad is made of felt and the underside is finished with synthetic wool. For the inserts, there are two Velcro lockable separate slide-in compartments.
The separated neoprene layers and the 2 large insert compartments create spinal freedom.

The honeycomb structure guarantees optimal ventilation, even under load, in all directions. The material will not squash down, ie you cannot press it flat. 1-DELIVERY:We are a horse rescue centre where our volunteers split their time between helping horses & running our shop + we hand make rope tack items, so we are always very busy and therefore ask for all customers to please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of all items due to this, though we endeavour to try to send goods out faster whenever possible-thankyou. For Dr Cook Bitless Bridles and Hoof Boots -if your item is not in stock please allow up to 3 weeks to receive if we have to order from our suppliers. Saddle and Saddle Accessory Deliveries can take upto 8 weeks as they are sent from the Netherlands. We ask all customers to please also allow for delays due to unexpected Covid 19 effects.
2-REFUNDS/EXCHANGES; in the event of the rare occasion where a customer has received damaged or faulty goods we will pay for their return and cover replacement. We require that we are informed straight away by email about this, and that the goods are returned to us within 7 days using a tracked and insured postage service. Please be aware that we will not be liable for returned goods being lost or damaged whilst in return transit to us. We don't offer refunds on goods for a change of mind or on any of custom made rope tack items.
3-SHIPPING/ADDRESS: We will send out all goods for the lowest possible shipping costs, and happily combine multiple items in order to keep courier costs to a minimum. We do require a physical address with a street number + name & RD number if applicable for delivery..
